Returns & Exchanges


We do not accept returns under any cicumstances; unless item has arrived  damaged upon delivery and item is out of stock. Please submit a return request with photo and invoice number.  All return claims must be reviewed before a chargeback is considered.  


EXCHANGES

  1. WE DO NOT COVER YOUR SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO US WHEN IT COMES TO EXCHANGES AND WHEN WE SEND THE NEW ITEM BACK TO YOU.
  2. WE WILL ACCEPT EXCHANGES OF ANY ITEM THAT IS UNWORN AND ITEM MUST HAVE OUR ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACTCHED . EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE BY YOU. EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES WITH FREE SHIPPING (7-10 BUSINESS DAYS) MUST BE MADE WITHIN 20 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE BY YOU. 
  3. PLEASE CLICK LINK CONTACT US: FILL OUT FIRST/ LAST NAME, INVOICE NUMBER, ITEM(S), AND SUBMIT. ONCE IT’S APPROVED OUR TEAM WILL NOTIFY YOU.
  4. YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR ANOTHER ITEM.
  5. ALL EXCHANGES ARE BASED ON STOCK AVAILABILITY.
  6. IF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE ORIGINAL, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU VIA STORE CREDIT.
  7. YOU MAY RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT AND THEN PURCHASE THE NEW ITEM.
  8. IF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE ORIGINAL ITEM, YOU WILL NEED PAY FOR THE DIFFERENCE.

Refunds


 

REFUNDS

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUND.ELIGIBLE ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED 10 DAYS OF THE SHIP DAY RECEIVED. WICKED VINTAGE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS. 


RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNALTERED, AND UNWASHED. GARMENTS MUST BE FREE OF ANY STAINS SUCH AS MAKEUP, DEODORANT, OR WEAR WITH ALL WICKED VINTAGE AND PRODUCT TAGS ATTACHED. DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITH IN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY RECEIPT. IF NOT REPORTED WE WILLNOT ISSUE CREDIT. IF YOU BELIEVEYOU RECIEVED AN INCORRECT ITEM CONTACT US 24 HOURS OF RECEVING YOUR PACKAGE.



LATE RETURNS

YOUR ITEMS SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT BY YOU. LATE RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU IF RECEIVED.
